Installer Job Requirements

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as installers. To be successful in this role, here’s what we’re looking for:

Reliable transportation to and from work.

A professional appearance paired with excellent communication skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks, such as pulling wire, installing equipment, using drills and hand tools, working from ladders, and navigating tight spaces like attics.

A drug-free lifestyle and a clean criminal background.

A valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, enjoyable personality.

Comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Self-discipline, diligence, and strong work ethics.

A customer-focused attitude and a sense of urgency to get the job done right.
